While nearly all CEOs value the equitable advancement of women, studies continue to show that women are not advancing at the same rates as their male peers. This presentation by a leading corporate gender equity consultant, will cover the facts on gender in today's workplace, business reasons for inclusion; common issues for women in the workplace; how smaller issues add up to create launching pads for #metoo situations; the main areas for organizations to get right; common myths; and what works and what doesn't. Special attention will be given to gender equity in the accounting and other finance fields.
