Chad joined Flock in 2021 as Head of Business Operations. Prior to Flock, Chad spent 5 years at JPMorgan in New York City, where he primarily worked on the structuring and implementation of the firm’s 721 exchange fund offerings. Chad earned his MBA from University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and graduated from William and Mary with a BBA in Finance.
