Trish is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) change agent, a sought-after DEI speaker, advisor, writer, and workshop facilitator, and also a certified energy healing practitioner. She's on a mission to help organizations become more inclusive for all employees. A sampling of her expertise and passion includes allyship across identity differences – including race and gender – inclusive leadership, psychological safety, empathy, intersectionality, sponsorship and mentorship, and gender equity.

Trish has extensive experience working with organizations throughout the U.S. and internationally. Speaking engagements range from workshops and keynotes to panel discussions and roundtables. Clients include international corporations, early-stage companies, non-profits, and academic institutions. She works with employees at all levels and coaches senior leaders to help them navigate DEI challenges. She frequently advises employee resource groups.

She has written numerous reports on topics ranging from disability inclusion and allyship to intersectionality and workplace culture. Her speaking engagements draw on this research. In all of her work, she emphasizes human connection, shared experiences, cross-cultural understanding, compassion, intellectual curiosity, and actionable recommendations. She is often recognized for her positive and supportive approach to DEI.

Previously, Trish served as Executive Director of the Center for Women and Business (CWB) at Bentley University, leading mission-driven work to create more inclusive organizations, working on behalf of more than 100 clients and establishing a track record of exceptional client referrals. Earlier, she served as vice president of Ogilvy & Mather Public Relations and senior vice president of Fleishman Hillard Public Relations.

Trish’s “non-DEI” loves are energy healing, mentoring younger people, savoring every moment with family and friends, and either cooking or consuming delicious food. Spending time in nature every day is critical to her self-care and mental health!
